Apartment regulations
I. INTRODUCTION
- 1. These regulations determine the conditions for booking SAS Apartments in Szczecin
- 2. The owners of the apartment will be grateful for your compliance with these regulations which are designed to ensure the peace and safety of all our Guests.
II. CANCELLING RESERVATION AND SHORTENING YOUR STAY
- 1. An advance payment of 30% to 50% is charged upon reservation. In the case of stays longer than 10 days, 100% advance payment applies.
- 2. In case the reservation is cancelled, the following conditions apply: cancellation not later than 30 days before arrival - full refund of the advance payment, not later than 15 days - 50% refund, over 7 days - 25% refund, less than 7 days - advance payment is not refunded.
- 3.The total cost of the stay is payable upon check-in.
III. APARTMENT RENTAL SERVICE
- 1. The rental price includes all taxes and additional fees, i.e. utilities: gas, electricity, water, heating, internet, and cleaning.
- 2. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment in the amount of one set per person. The set includes: bed sheet, pillow, duvet, large towel, small towel, bath towel, bathroom towel for the feet.
- 3. A parking space belonging to the apartment or in the vicinity of the building may be available. The Lessor is not liable for damage or loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
IV. GUEST'S LIABILITY
- 1. The Guest undertakes to use the apartment for residential purposes only and may not sublease the apartment to third parties.
- 2. he number of people in the apartment cannot be greater than the number of people declared during the booking process.
- 3. The Guest is obliged to respect the rules of good neighbourly conduct. In the event that the Guest significantly disturbs the peace or violates the goods of the neighbours and does not comply with commonly used standards of intercourse between people, SAS Apartments reserves the right to terminate the agreement without adherence to the period of notice, and shall not be obliged to reimburse the Guest for the unused period of stay.
- 4. The guest is obliged to keep the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival. Moving the apartment's furniture and appliances is not allowed.
- 5. The apartments have quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During the quiet hours, people using our services are obliged to behave in such a way as to not disturb the peace of the other tenants. In the case of violation of the quiet hours, the Guest who committed such an infringement will be called upon to immediately cease such actions. In the case the Guest does not comply with the request, the Guest will be charged with a fine of PLN 1,000 and expelled from the apartment.
- 6. The Guest is obliged to keep the apartment in the condition as upon arrival and to return it in the condition not worse than before.
- 7. The Guest shall be financially liable for any damage or destruction of the apartment's equipment and technical devices caused by the Guest or the people staying in the apartment rented by the Guest during the term of the apartment rental agreement.
- In the event of any damage, the Guest shall notify SAS Apartments immediately after such damage is noticed.
- The Guest is responsible for the keys to the apartment and the remote control for the garage, and in the event of a loss any of these items – the Guest shall be obliged to cover costs of the lost items.
- The Guest is obliged to pay special attention to the proper handling of water valves and electrical appliances. For fire safety purposes, the Guest is not allowed to use any electrical appliances that are not part of the apartment's equipment, except computers, shavers, hair dryers.
- For the safety and comfort of guests, smoking/using candles in the apartment is forbidden! The place where smoking is allowed, depending on the particular apartment on the day of signing the agreement, will be indicated. In case of a breach of this ban, SAS Apartments will charge a fine of PLN 500.
- SAS Apartments reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guest who has seriously infringed the regulations during their previous stay, damaged the property of SAS Apartments, disrupted the rules of good neighbourly conduct, or arrived to collect the keys in the state of intoxication.
- Photos and videos shot in the apartment cannot be made publicly available without the prior written permission of SAS Apartments. This rule applies in particular to uploading photographs or videos to websites and social networks.
V. ARRIVAL, COLLECTION OF KEYS, AND PAYMENT
- Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the next day.
- If the Guest can not arrive at the agreed hour, the Guest is obliged to notify SAS Apartments by telephone. In the absence of contact with the Guest, SAS Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation and settle in accordance with section II, paragraph 2.
- The check-in process requires the Guest to present an ID with a photograph.
- The payment for the stay shall be made up front in cash or by payment card, unless previously made by bank transfer.
VI. FORCE MAJEURE
- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which can not be immediately resolved by the usual means, the down payment will be returned and options of accommodation at other facilities owned by SAS Apartments will be proposed. This also applies to cases where the personal safety of a Guest or the Guest's property, for reasons beyond the control of SAS Apartments, cannot be guaranteed.
VII. COMPLAINTS
- In the case of irregularities, the Guest has the right to file a complaint within 14 days of their occurrence. Complaints should be sent to biuro.gdynia@sasapartamenty.pl
- The complaint shall be examined within 30 working days of its receipt. The Guest will be immediately notified about how the complaint has been considered by e-mail.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
The disputes between SAS Apartments and the Guest shall be governed by Polish law. The disputes will be resolved by the court competent for SAS Apartments.
